Malaysia International Fireworks Competition 2007
For those that missed it… all i can say, u’ve just missed something so spectacular, right at your own backyard. It was really marvelous that it worth the hours i spent at putrajaya to get a good spot and also being under 3 hours of rain. Really worth it.
I reached there bout 6pm to get this spot:
It’s the "front row" facing the Jambatan Seri Gemilang, where the fireworks are let off. I did not purchase the ticket at the Convention Center, which is right behind that spot i camped, high on a hill. Why? well, erm… lets just say.. lazy. It was a musical fireworks competition, so that means i missed half the excitement. Only fireworks and no music for me. But hey, better than nothing right?

Anyway, it was really good as we were facing it, so.. it was really very very close to it. Awesome, but at times, scary due to the loud boom and the having the fireworks as if its going to land on you.. LOL. Anyway, here are some of the shots i’ve taken.
